5/27/25 - Today was the first day of the "Build a Computer" J-Term, as it is my first year at this school I have never experienced J-Term before and I am beginning to enjoy it. Today we worked on building a website using this tool called neocities, and then worked on slideshows to present different parts of the computer, I worked on one about cooling systems such as heat syncs and power systems. Today I learned a little more about computers, but I hope we start working on the actual building part soon.

5/29/25 - Today we not only began building computers, but my group actually finished the process. This was a great learning experience for me, all the tutorials, and guides telling me what to do never described just how many intricate parts, wires, and connections one has to keep in mind in order for it to work. The process itself was relatively straightforward thanks to spending the previous day researching the step-by step, including the trial and error. In the end, once every part was inside the case, the computer failed to turn on, after almost an hour of pressing the button, even hitting it once in hopes that was the issue, I decided to just try unplugging everything and restarting, this seemed to do the trick although I am still unsure which connection was giving us an issue.
